Pakistan vs Australia 2022: Shaheen Shah Afridi is Confident to Lead Pakistan Bowling Attack Against Australia. Shaheed Shah Afridi feels confident in his ability to lead Pakistan’s bowling attack against the formidable Australians in three home Tests, as many ODIs, and a single T20I in March and April of this year.
During a video interview with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Afridi claimed that playing against Australia creates a lasting impression on every cricketer. “Australia last visited Pakistan in 1998, before I was even born. “It’s an exciting opportunity for me to lead Pakistan’s bowling when they come here for the first time in 24 years,” the kid expressed.
“I’ll be playing in front of my home crowd for the first time when I face Australia.” Every single one of our players will be facing them in their own backyard for the very first time. In our stadiums, they’ll also be watched for the first time. It’s a historic tour in the end,” he said.
When it comes to facing Australia in their own backyard, the 20-year-old cricketer is confident that his team is ready to go. “We’re ready to take on them in front of our own fans. We’ll be playing at home, so we’ll have an advantage. And, he added, “every team that plays at home has an advantage over its opponents.
To entertain our fans, we’ll be doing our best to play our best cricket. Finally, the pacer said, “We are eagerly anticipating it.”
