RCB Appoints Sania Mirza as Mentor for Womens IPL 2023
Indian tennis star Sania Mirza announced her retirement from tennis a few days ago. However, the game has not yet been withdrawn from the field. This time Sania Mirza joins cricket and the former tennis star will be seen in the womens IPL 2023 as a Mentor for RCB.
Sania will work as a mentor in women’s IPL. Sania Mirza has been appointed as the mentor of the Royal Challengers Bangalore women’s team. The franchising authority has officially confirmed the matter. The wife of Pakistan’s popular all-rounder Shoaib Malik will be seen directly in the dugout or dressing room, not in the stands of the cricket field. That too to work with the cricketers again.
The five-team women’s IPL will start on March 4. In the run-up to the tournament, the franchises are putting women in the coaching panel, mentors, and other departments along with the women cricketers. In the continuation of this, Sania, who has won 6 titles in women’s doubles and mixed doubles, will be seen working in the women’s IPL.
