Ramiz Raja Wants to Meet Sourav Ganguly At Asian Cricket Council

Ramiz Raja Wants to Meet Sourav Ganguly At Asian Cricket Council for Organizing a Four-Nation Tournament Among Pakistan and India. A few days ago, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) president Ramiz Raja proposed to organize a four-nation tournament. However, India did not agree to this proposal. However, PCB president Ramiz Raja wants to meet The Board of Control for Cricket India (BCCI) president Sourav Ganguly at the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) meeting.

A few days ago, PCB chairman Ramiz Raja proposed to organize a four-nation tournament with Australia, England, and India. BCCI secretary Joy Shah said there was no interest in such a tournament even though it was not officially proposed.

He said India did not want to benefit temporarily. Rather wants to work for the globalization of cricket.

However, Ramiz Raja believes that the BCCI will agree to the proposal despite Joy Shah’s statement. He said that everyone wants India-Pakistan to play regular matches. And this tournament will also benefit other countries financially.

“I will discuss the matter with Sourav after the ACC meeting in Dubai,” he said. We both represented the country. I hope I can organize this tournament for cricket.

The PCB chairman also wondered what the future would hold if India did not want to take part in the tournament. “If India doesn’t want to play, the tournament will be hosted in Pakistan with England and Australia,” he said. I hope they will come to Pakistan. If not, alternative thinking will be considered.

The ACB meeting will be held in Dubai on Saturday (March 19). There will be a schedule for this year’s Asia Cup. After this meeting, Ramiz Raja was keen to have a discussion with Sourav.
